I recently stayed at this hotel and I must say, I was impressed. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city center. I loved being able to walk to all the shops and restaurants in just a few minutes. The service was top-notch, with friendly and helpful staff. They even offered a welcome drink upon arrival, which was a nice touch. The room was spacious and clean, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. I was also pleased with the variety of dining options available, from the restaurant buffet to the bar/lounge area. I had a fantastic experience here.

The central condition/ventilation system can't be operated from room. It wasn't convinient since we were forced to open a window.

This hotel proves to be a comfortable and solid choice. Travelling to the area, it is situated conveniently close to the train and bus stations, which is great when carrying luggage. the staff are helpful and friendly. the rooms in the newer section are well-maintained and spacious, with clean bathrooms. the breakfast provided is quite appetizing, with a good range of options and included in the room price.

I arrived to Mikkeli to visit Finntroll concert. So I enjoyed it. The hotel itself - friendly staff, good breakfast, proximity to center of city.

The location of the hotel was great for celebrating new year! It was close to many bars and restaurants, which made it easy to find a place to party. the staff was really friendly and helpful, making our stay enjoyable. Another great aspect was the free Wi-Fi, which helped me stay connected to my loved ones on this special occasion.

The noise level was unbearable. We could hear cars passing by throughout the night, making it difficult to sleep.

We loved this hotel! The location was amazing, just a short walk to the city center and close to public transportation. The rooms were spacious, very clean and equipped with everything we needed, including an iron and board. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast, which featured homemade local bread. The staff was friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.

No air conditioning in the room made it uncomfortably hot. Some design flaws in the room made it a bit inconvenient.
